Iveco Daily LED DRL conversion kit (2020+) Complete set of light sources that replace the original xenon-white light sources in Iveco Daily's daytime running lights. They are plug & play, as the boards have the same shape, and the connector is the same as the original, making installation quite simple. Note that the light sources are not E-approved. Installation The installation is relatively easy but requires access to the back of the headlight. The entire headlight is removed by taking off the bracket on top and the three screws that hold the light. Then follow these steps: The circuits are mounted on heat sinks located at the back of the lights. The lights are removed, and the heat sinks are taken off. The original light sources are connected with plugs, which are disconnected. The light sources are removed from the heat sinks, and the heat sinks are cleaned of thermal paste. New thermal paste is applied to the light sources. Pay special attention to the area right behind the LEDs. The light sources are mounted on the heat sinks. The heat sinks are reattached to the lights, and the light is tested before everything is reassembled.
