Prices

The prices displayed are VAT included and other possible taxes included. Prices are mentioned without excise rights applicable in certain countries.

In accordance with European legislation, valid from 1 July 2021, the local VAT rate of the EEC country of destination must be applied for online export to EEC private individuals with delivery in an EU Member State. (VAT rates EEC) For online sales to EEC private individuals with delivery method "collection in the shop", the Belgian VAT rate will be applied.

Prices are subject to changes at any given time, but the prices that are registered at the time of the order are valid for invoicing. In case of a distinctly incorrect price, we reserve the right to intervene; you will be notified the first working day after the order.

Upon reception of the goods, the client will be the sole responsable to comply with the national taxation legislation and any possible custom duties.  For products with a large weight or special dimensions, we will send you a quotation for the special transportation costs in advance. These products can not be ordered directly from our webshop.


Delivery and delivery costs for BELGIUM and European countries

All merchandise can be collected free of charge in our shop in Anzegem, Grote Leiestraat 4. If you prefer a home delivery, we will ship your order through GLS.  Keep in mind that for a home delivery we charge a delivery fee depending on the country of destination.  The shipping charges ,depending on the country of delivery, can be consulted on the following link

For countries outside the EEC a supplementary customs fee can be charged. Upon reception of the goods, the client will be the sole responsable to comply with the national taxation legislation such as national VAT and any possible import duties.

 Keep in mind that deliveries are carried out during the day, so someone needs to be present to receive the goods. It is however also possible to specify a delivery address.


Order processing

Your order will be processed with care. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email.  As soon as all the products of your order are available, they will be expedited or we will make a phone call in case of a collect order. When we specify a delivery date on the order confirmation , this date will be an estimate and can deviate depending on the availability of the products. Custom made order will have a longer delivery time depending on our suppliers Whenever a big delay should occur, or your order should not be available, we will inform you as well. If the delivery time should exceed the maximum term of 30 days, the consumer has the right to cancel the order.


Damage or missing products

Whenever damage is being noticed during the delivery you should mention this on the delivery documents of the carrier.

Please check the parcel upon delivery and report in writing possible damage along with your signature to the driver. Only in that case possible the forwarder can be held responisble for for possible transport damage. When the damage is not mentioned to the driver then we can not be held responsible for the damage.

In case of damage, hidden damage or missing products you should report this in writing with the proofs within the 2  days after delievery.Our order department will treat your complaint after verification and will take the necessary steps to solve it within a reasonable time. In no case the client can send back goods without written autorisation of our order department.

If the customer chooses to have the order delivered without a signature in an unattended place, the delivery is at the customer's responsibility and there is no recourse under any circumstances to the carrier or to Delrue in case of loss of the package.


Cancellations - return of goods - right to renounce

As a private customer you are entitled to a period of 14 days in which you can renounce your sale. Theis period of 14 days is to be counted starting from the delivery date. If our goods do not meet your expectations, please give us a written notice within the said period of 14 days. Provided that the packaging of the article has not been used or opened, you can return the goods, without paying any fine, and without providing a reason. Opened packages or used goods can no longer be returned.

Make sure to adequately wrap the goods in their original packaging. The client has to take on the transportation costs of the return shipment. We do not accept shipments sent COD. The products have to be accompanied by the original sales documents (invoice, receipt). Upon reception and verification of your shipment, we will send you a replacement article or a gift certificate for the total price of the products except for the transport cost of the initial order.

The right to renounce does not apply to made to measure, customized articles and articles with the remark "To order" .

Warranty/Liability

Items that are unsuitable or may be defective must be provided to us within the time frame provided by the manufacturer or supplier with a proper description of the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase that will serve to prove the date of purchase.
Delrue nv grants the customer a guarantee, equal to the guarantee of its suppliers, to be counted from the delivery for all hidden defects in the goods.
Both for this guarantee and in general, the liability of Delrue nv, after approval of the supplier, is limited to the replacement of the product or the issuing of a voucher for the value of the invoiced price to the exclusion of all other compensation and indemnities.
Delrue nv is under no circumstances liable for indirect damage, including business interruption, such as personnel costs, reputation damage, reduced reliability, missed savings, lost profits, install costs etc.
The customer will indemnify Delrue nv against claims from third parties.
Delrue nv provides services, information and advice, for example with regard to the goods or their usage storage or mode of transport.
However, Delrue nv does not accept any liability for the inaccuracy of this information or advice or shortcomings in the services provided.
Within the framework of the warranty DELRUE nv has the only obligation to replace or repair the goods and not the applicable costs or the like.
The defects or damage as a result of abnormal use, or as a result of external accidents (incorrect assembly, lack of or incorrect maintenance) or modifications not carried out or recommended by DELRUE nv or the manufacturer are excluded from the warranty.

Conditions of repair :

1) In case of repair with guarantee demand, the manufacturer or provider will decide whether the goods will be replaced, repaired or refunded. If the defect is not covered by the guarantee, and you do not want the product repaired, a fee of € 30.00 will be charged as specification and shipment cost. 2) In case of a repair that is not covered by the guarantee, a specification cost of € 30.00 will be charged. This cost will be deducted as an advance in case of repair. If you choose not to have the product repaired, the cost of € 30.00 will be regarded as specification and shipment cost. When you wish to reclaim the product in case of a non-repair, an extra € 25,00 will be charged to return the product to our shop. If you wish to have the product sent back to your home, we will also charge the transportation costs applicable in this case. Repairs that have not been collected within 3 months, automatically become property of DELRUE Inc.

Returning goods

Un-opened packagings can be returned within 7 days after delivery. Make sure to adequately wrap the goods in their original packaging.
