•Convert your white DRL / position lights to orange light •Two PCBs (one for each side) with a simple installation (Plug & Play) •NOTE: Only for new Scania S & R with LED headlights (not halogen) !! Complete set of light sources for the Scania S and R series with 2016+ LED headlights. This conversion kit replaces the cold white LED DRL with yellow / orange light. The powerful high power CREE diodes provide plenty of brightness, in real ""indicator orange"" color. They are mounted on aluminum circuit boards just like the original, ensuring optimum cooling and longevity in the diodes. The circuit board consists of original connectors, so the connection is pure Plug & Play. Each set contains two printed circuit boards, one right and one left and thermal paste to increase heat conduction and cooling. The original is not fitted with thermal paste, but we always recommend using it. Note that light sources are not E-approved. Mounting: It is relatively easy to change the light sources and takes about half an hour per light for the first time. The screws for the headlight are located behind the doors which need to be opened for access. The headlight is screwed and twisted out. When the light is loose, remove the plastic patch around. It is attached with screws all the way. The DRL light source is found at the top and bottom of the headlight. First, however, the light adjustment must be removed, which is attached to the heat sink. When the light adjustment is loosened, the cooling plate is screwed out and the light source can be pushed out. Disconnect the plug by pressing the lock. The black plastic on the circuit board is unscrewed and the circuit board can then be removed. The new card is fitted with a little cooling paste on the back. Note: Only for the new S and R, which has LED headlights mounted, and thus not halogen.
