The new President Randy 3 (III) is a robust 27MC (27MHz) radio with a flexible antenna and a large, easy-to-read LCD display with adjustable backlighting in 7 different colors. The President Randy 3 features 40 AM/FM channels and a 4-watt AM/FM output. The President Randy III also offers 38 CTCSS tones and 104 DCS codes, a built-in VOX function, ANL, ASC, etc. The President Randy 3 comes complete with a flexible antenna, an 1800mAh Li-ion battery, a home charger module with an AC adapter, a 12-volt charger with an external antenna connection, and a cigarette lighter plug for use with a 12-volt cigarette lighter. It also includes a belt clip, wrist strap, microphone bracket, and a spare glass fuse. The RANDY III also offers a monitor function (for momentarily bypassing the noise suppression), a direct switching function for channel 9/19 and a search function for an individual scan list to be recorded.
